FAQs

  • Athletes, coaches, and parents are given anywhere from 3-5 exercises to work on in order to improve movement patterns, limit injuries, and improve performance.

  • We break teams up into ‘Movement Pods’, where groups of athletes with similar scores on the movement screen will be working on the same exercises and drills. This helps coaches organize athletes for better outcomes.

  • We recommend athletes be screened quarterly or at least in between seasons. This way we are able to track both positive and negative changes in movement, as well as stay ahead of issues like growth spurts, overuse injuries, and performance deficits.

  • Our team can perform movement screens at your school, practice field/facility, or at our clinic.
