Reset - any intervention such as foam rolling, massage ball, chiropractic adjusting, mobilization, etc...that introduces a change to the soft tissue or joint.
Integrate - integration takes in to account proper breathing technique paired with proper muscle activation and joint kinematics.
Pattern - proper movement patterning should be practiced after the previous two steps to ensure appropriate neurologic control and cortical mapping.
Load - loading a correct, complex pattern forces the motor cortex to build a stability pattern.
