at Cedar Pavilion located near the South Trailhead in Oak Mountain State Park, where he will be covering the principles of sound running mechanics, how to maximize your breathing and then you’ll tie it all together on a trail run around Double Oak Lake.
All participants will receive a FARM hat and you will secure an advanced copy ofDr. Beau’s upcoming book,
The Trail Runner’s Guide to Injury Prevention and Performance.
Water and refreshments will be provided.
8:00 - 9:30 AM - The principles of sound running mechanics
9:30 - 11:00 AM - Maximizing breathing while creating low threshold stability
11:00 - 12:00 PM - 4-6 mile trail run around Double Oak Lake
